[Oslc-pm] questions and comments on the Performance Monitoring spec and example RDF/XML - 5

pm:dynamicResourceSchedulingEnabled - not obvious to me that this is a 
concept familiar to/common with most/all providers.  I.e. wondering if it 
should be in a private namespace like 
myns:dynamicResourceSchedulingEnabled
