[oslc-plm] Questions regarding Polarion

Specific questions about Polarion should be answered by Seimens. Regarding 
your OSLC questions:

 *   Does OSLC standards define request and response formats for 
interoperability between different systems or API versions like Oauth 
specification?
OSLC standards require that all supported CRUD operations (HTTP POST, GET, 
PUT, DELETE) must support resource representations using some standard RDF 
serialization format. That means Accept or Content-Type headers with 
values of application/rdf+xml, text/turtle, etc.
