[oslc-plm] Joint OSLC-PLM WG meeting on Monday August 6, 11:00 ET -- Topic SCM rechartering

It has been requested that we take an opportunity to review the SCM WGs 
rechartering proposal that has been reviewed by Core and SCM WGs [1].  The 
OSLC Steering Committee is working on closing on a vote on this 
rechartering and some additional discussion between these groups has been 
requested to discuss options.  For instance, the plan was to expand and 
change the scope of the SCM WG to handle non-software configuration 
management use cases or whether to create a new group altogether, leaving 
the existing SCM WG in some defunct or stale state.
