[oslc-plm] OSLC PLM Reference ModelV1.1 available on the wiki

Dear PLM workgroup members 

As planned the V1.1 Reference model was make available on the wiki 
yesterday 

the intro is here 
and the download is here 

Your feedback is most welcome

I propose a short walkthrough at the Main meeting on June 28th 

if you want to discuss in more detail our next working meetings are June 
14th and 21st where we will start to apply the new release towards use of 
RIO 

fyi I also plan an update to the Reference Model presentation to reflect 
the new release and so have withdrawn the old version

Many thanks to everyone who has contributed especially Mike Loeffler for 
his advice, leadership and great co-working
