just a short note to say that another detailed working meeting will be 
squeezed in before the vacation period 

from the discussion on Dec 14th we decided to detail out some of the 
practical steps in the a4 activity of the Scenario 
        this will help us get to the next level of detail on actual usage 
of the current Specs and the gaps
