[oslc-Metrics] New Namespace uri for EMS

I'm in process of configuring open-services.net to put useful information
at the endpoints of the namespace uris. This includes responding to both
html and rdf+xml requests. The convention for the html requests across the
core and other domain teams is to redirect to the domain main spec page on
the OSLC wiki. Which wiki page should I redirect an
http://open-services.net/ns/ems request to?

Thanks...Scott
