At our telecon today [1] we voted to declare a Draft Specification, 
pending review next week of the OSLC Core Simple Query syntax [2] and
your 
input. The EMS 1.0 spec depends on parts of the Query spec for its use 
cases, e.g. to find all scenarios for a given project. Support for the 
Query spec also makes EMS 1.0 compliant with the proposed Reporting
spec.

Do you have any concerns with the current spec? Do you agree to declare
it 
a Draft pending review of the Query syntax? Thx.
