Just got the cancellation notice, which reminded me I haven't done any more
reviewing of the spec since the "main" and "architecture" pages.  Are we
getting close to ready for review of the resource formats and allowed http
verbs, and the error handling and other details?

Not that I'm not busy enough that I'm looking for more work, but this is
important to get right.
