[OSLC-Metrics] Arthur is editing the Primer

Workgroup,

I am doing rather extensive edits to the Primer to make it reflect our 
latest discussions. It has gotten out of date over the last few months and 
now I'd like to bring it to a consistent state. This means I may be in the 
middle of an edit when you try to edit it, which could lead to a merge 
conflict.

Please let me know if you'd like to edit it and we'll coordinate changes.
