[oslc-core] Comment on IndexableLinkedDataProvider 2.0

Jim,

The spec uses the term "Data Context" [1] The capitalization suggests that 
it is a formally defined term, but there is no definition of it in the 
Terminology section. I think it should be replaced with "Indexable Linked 
Data Source".
