Right, that seems like a necessary change.  Perhaps one reason if it were 
just an ldp:BasicContainer it wouldn't have this problem.  Either way, I 
think it reasonable to add this restriction.

If I don't hear any objection/concerns in the coming week(s), I will make 
the change.
