[oslc-core] Missing properties in the Core 2.0 vocabulary

oslc:iconAltLabel and oslc:iconTitle are missing in the Core vocabulary
[1]. They're used in the Compact representation in the UI Preview spec [2].

I realize this is technically an XML (not RDF) format, but other classes
and properties for UI preview are in the vocabulary.
