[oslc-core] REMINDER: OSLC Core WG meeting today 12 PM Eastern

We are light on active topics to discuss and heavy on 3.0 TODO items.  I 
was considering not having the meeting to focus on outstanding items. 
Perhaps we can just meet briefly to kick off the new year and hit any 
urgent topics, then break early.
