[oslc-core] No meeting today, April 24

Due to a number of conflicts with attendees, number of items that still 
require some work before review and can handle some of the updates via 
email...I am cancelling today's meeting.

A few updates:
- We will meet again on May 8th [1]
- New concept of "User Groups" being piloted with "Embedded Systems" and 
"Mobile" [2]
- Progress on new OASIS member section, look good for May 1st OASIS board 
approval
- Last call for comments for issue #42 handling of unknown content [3]
- Tracked Resource Set 2.0 and Performance Monitoring 2.0 are finalizing
