[oslc-core] Fw: ACTION-10: W3C Linked Data Platform (LDP) First Editor's Draft is available!

FYI...figured Core WG members would be interested in this. Editor's
working draft is a very early status for a document. The LDPWG plans to
move towards a First Public Working Draft by end of October, which has
some WG review and issues identified and hopefully a bulk of them
addressed.

This is important for OSLC going forward and will provide a solid basis
for us to develop interoperable solutions based on Linked Data.
