[oslc-core] ACTION REQUIRED: New OSLC members agreement and workgroup particpant agreements,

As we've discussed in previous WG meetings OSLC has recently undergone 
some changes in its governance model and as part of this, workgroup 
participants need to fill out and "sign" the new members agreement [1] and 
the Core Workgroup Participants Agreement [2].   Any one contributing to 
the workgroup (see the WPA for examples) should fill out these agreements 
after reviewing the terms with the appropriate people in your 
organization. I have already started transitioning the content to the new 
wiki page [3] and validating it (still in progress).  I hope to have this 
completed by tomorrow (9/5)

If anyone has questions/concerns on this, please contact me directly or 
raise them at the workgroup meeting.
