OSLC Governance and website changes update - SteveSpeicher
 - WG leads need clear "when ready" sign and next steps, date TBD but 
mid-August
SCM rechartering update ConfigurationManagement - SteveSpeicher
  - StC currently voting after received some clarification
Automation WG request to add oslc:usage on oslc:Service - JohnArwe
  - Core agreement to use oslc:usage as proposed
Issue-43 - Read-only and friends - JohnArwe
  - Spec changes made, John to open new issue for *-11 as needed.
Issue-25 - Encoding of UI preview labels - SamPadgett
  - Proposed writeup - SteveSpeicher
  - Core agreement, Steve to proceed with update to spec and footnote 
proposal
Updates PATCH support - looking at named graph syntax to support model
  - General agreement on approach using TriG? (named graph) for patch 
format and known URI
  - Steve to have working session with Arthur on it
Next meeting:
  August 8 (need to confirm date, conflict with lead) - outstanding 2.0 
issues and 3.0 progress
