[oslc-core] OSLC Core Resource Shape Namespace defect

Hi Marc,
Thanks for catching that, I have made the changes in the spec since that
domain never existed and was clearly a typo.
I'll also do a quick look around to see if that same mistake made it into
vocabulary documents and the like.
