[oslc-core] OSLC Core workgroup agenda change

We had scheduled for this Wednesday a review of the Baselines
proposal, but I'm going to be stepping down as OSLC Core workgroup
lead this week and so it makes sense to change things around a little.
Instead of doing Baselines this week, we will do a retrospective of
the OSLC Core v2 specification effort.

In the retrospective we'll cover what went well with the OSLC Core
spec, what could be improved in the spec development process and in
the spec itself. There will be a follow-up session in the next month
to discuss OSLC v3 plans, improvements and features.

I will outline the retrospective discussion in the new agenda and post
that shortly. If you have suggestions for retrospective topics to
discuss, please share them by responding to this thread.
