[oslc-core] Fixed a few minor issues with JSON formats in example

 Yesterday I fixed a couple of minor issues with the samples at [1]
- removed extra comma ',' at the end of the 2nd last } which was causing 
validation issues
- changed the rdf:type entries to be arrays instead of objects (to follow 
the rules for rdf:type)
