[oslc-core] Minor problem in JSON Service Provider Resource example

Minor problem in the JSON Service Provider Resource example [1]: It looks
like 'service' should be 'oslc:service', and the value should be a JSON
array rather than a JSON object since it occurs 'one-or-many' [2].
