[oslc-core] REMINDER: OSLC Core WG meeting tomorrow 10am US/ET

has been updated
to reflect last week's discussions, and to provide more detail on the
camera service approach.

In addition, the "Introduction" and "Baseline Definitions" sections have
had some rewording and
editing to address issues and improve clarity.
