How about "Resource Publishing Profile"? "Content Publishing" sounds to me
too much like content management, for which there are many standards
already. "Resource Tracking Profile" sounds weaker to me, but has the
advantage that it's named from the client perspective rather than the
provider perspective, which is usually preferable.
