[oslc-core] oslc:valueShape, oslc:valueType, oslc:representation and query

Dave/Dragos,
oslc:representation describes how the value of a resource-valued property
appears in the RDF representation of the resource - this could be as a
reference (i.,e. a URI) or as an inlined set of triples, in which case you
could query its properties too.

The presence of a valueShape alone indicates that the properties of
the resource are guaranteed to be available via query.

I don't believe those values should effect how you write queries or
how queries are processed by the server.
