[oslc-core] Proposing a workgroup schedule for Dec 2010 and Jan 2011

One of my action items from last week was to propose a schedule for
the Core Workgroup over the next couple of months.

Here's my first cut. I'd like to discuss this at tomorrow's workgroup
meeting and finalize the schedule at next week's meeting.

   Dec 8 - Multi-topic resources (Jim Conallen?)
   Dec 15 - Comments / Discussions (Jim Conallen?)
   Jan 5 - Test Suite (Steve Speicher?)
   Jan 12 - Reference Implementation (Dave Johnson)
   Jan 19 - Attachments (Dave Johnson)
   Jan 26 - Baselining (Nick Crossley?)
