[oslc-core] Corrections to JSON examples

Please see the JSON examples change log [1] if curious about the detailed 
changes I made.

Here's what I did:
- removed old references to "oslc:qname" and used "rdf:type" instead.
- removed unneeded oslc:qname's or rdf:type's as type is included in 
property definition
