[oslc-core] Guidance on Where to Create Page Breaks When Paging

As per my AI, I've added the following text to the spec [1]

In order to simplify client-side processing of the pages, each logical 
page SHOULD contain the complete content of one or more child elements of 
the physical RDF/XML document. Each child element that appears in the 
physical RDF/XML document SHOULD appear completely within exactly one 
logical page.
