[oslc-core] OSLC Properties

Hi Group,

Great call this morning, very informative. I'm curious if oslc:context is
set in stone or is open for revision? Since the term 'context' is taking on
a more tangible meaning within the field, could we consider other language
for this property?  Other terms I've seen in use for this are project or
scope.  Personally I'm partial to scope.
