[oslc-core] Core V1 or Core V2 ?

Hi.

Just a quick note to mention I'm puzzled at reading the OslcCore
"sub-wiki" to see mentions of OslcCore V2 at places when there doesn't
seem to be OslcCore V1 specs anywhere...

This may be obvious to the work group having followed all previous
episodes, but looks strange I guess for potential newcomers.

Maybe some versioning disclaimer may be added at the top of
http://open-services.net/bin/view/Main/OSLCCoreSpecDRAFT ?
