[oslc-core] Example RDF/XML Uses xml:lang="en" Incorrectly

Dave,

It's correct to use that attribute on elements that contain English, e.g. 
dcterms:title, dcterms:description.

I removed the xml:lang="en". Not sure why I had it there in the first 
place.
