[oslc-core] Error in oslc:property in oslc:ResourceShape

I consider these to be minor, low impact corrections and so I made
them in the spec.

I corrected the diagram by removing the <Resource> and <Local Inline
Resource> labels.
I corrected the spec itself by changing the oslc:property to
representation "inline"
