[oslc-core] REMINDER: OSLC Core WG meeting tomorrow 10am US/ET

In summary: we agreed to remove the long form RDF/XML examples, the
Turtle example and the External Anchor section. I'll be making the
changes later today. And we agreed that we need some example queries
to show how to query for link annotation values.
