[oslc-core] ResourceShape definitions for Core defined resources

I have done RDF/XML shape definitions for these Core defined resources:
foaf:Person
oslc:Discussion
oslc:Comment

at http://open-services.net/bin/view/Main/CmSpecificationV2Shapes

I plan to do ServiceProvider and ServiceProviderCatalog, is there a good 
place in Core to contribute these and then just reference them?
