[oslc-core] OSLC Core WG meeting to discuss versioning

In the Core WG meeting today we agreed that we need a meeting top
discuss specific use cases for versioning that will allow us to decide
which of these we need and how to use them:
- OSLC core version header
- OSLC domain version headers
- Version specified in namespace string
- Version specified per resource in definition
