[oslc-core] Is Integer xsd:int or xsd:integer?

The Core Spec has the following definition:

*Integer - http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#int

I think it is more consistent with the use of xsd:decimal to use
http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#integer as the generic integer type since
it does not imply any size limit.

xsd:int is 32-bit.
xsd:integer has no size limit.
