[oslc-cm] OSLC-CM Workgroup Meeting Minutes (January 29, 2014)

- Working group agreed to adopt the blocker severity proposal. (Two +1s and
no objections on the mailing list.) Sam added oslc_cm:Blocker to the 3.0
draft specification.

- Current plan is to transfer just the OSLC-CM 3.0 draft specification to
the OASIS OSLC CCM TC. We worked together to bring in some content into the
spec from other wikis and also added in some descriptions to the proposed
priority and severity values. TODO: Add additional detail about what needs
updating in the “NEEDS UPDATE” sections.
