[oslc-cm] OSLC-CM Meeting for July 18 Canceled

The OSLC-CM Working Group Meeting for July 18 is canceled due to conflicts.

A reminder that we're taking a survey for a new time. I've copied the
information below. Thanks!

We're looking at changing the time of working group meetings since the
current time does not work well for everyone. The plan right now is to meet
weekly and use alternating times each week, one friendly to those on the
U.S. west coast and another friendly to those in Europe.

Here is a survey for a sample week. All times are U.S. Eastern.
