[oslc-cm] Looking for assistance with leading/running CM WG

Hi Sam,

This great to hear (I know we've discussed this already).  We did discuss 
this at the last WG meeting, with endorsement for Michael Fiedler and 
Brian Steele (and myself).  Unless I hear anything else from anyone, I'll 
be working with Sam to transition some lead responsibilities.
