Discussion on the success of CmOfRequirements implementations:

    Overall very good results: DOORS can connect to Change, RTC and CQ
    Some issues around: single sign on, configuration (for tool-specific 
state transitions) and performance to run multiple queries and join 
results 

Specification Issues Review CmSpecV2Issues (7 open as of 11/30)

        use multiple rdf:types, remove dcterms:type from spec and promote
