[oslc-cm] Propose cancelling April 25th conf call

Fellow CM'ers,

I will not be able to attend the meeting on the 25th.

Speaking with Sam on agenda items, we recommend skipping this meeting and 
using time to explore and prepare some of the state transition work.

If there are any pressing agenda items you'd like to cover on the 25th, 
please respond by Monday April 23rd with the need otherwise we'll look to 
cancel.
