[oslc-cm] No meeting September 28, 2011

I can not attend the next meeting and know of some others that have 
conflicts.  Therefore I propose we cancel the next meeting and then meet 
again on October 12th.  If anyone else has anything urgent and would like 
to lead the discussion, let me know and we can keep the meeting.
