[oslc-cm] A few mistakes in the OSLC-CM samples

I noticed a few problems in the OSLC-CM samples [1].

* In "Request with no parameters as JSON" [2], dcterms:creator and
dcterms:contributor should be JSON arrays, not JSON objects, since they
occur Zero-or-many.

* In "Query results as application/rdf+xml or application/xml" [3], there
shouldn't be quotation marks around the boolean literal "true." If you look
at the grammar for oslc.where [4], boolean literal values shouldn't be
quoted (if I'm reading it right). This appears in other places in the
samples, too.

* In "Query results as application/json"[5], the oslc:responseInfo resource
doesn't have an rdf:type. Also the rdf:about has '"' XML entities, but
this is a JSON response. (The quotations shouldn't be there anyway.)
