    Lyo coming along, expecting Eclipse legal approval soon (received 
initial legal review and responded on Oct 11)
    Plan to use Lyo to experiment with reference impl for CM 3.0 items 

3.0 Progress

    No updates onstate transition still need to incorporate feedback from 
CmMeetings20110914
    Reviewed progress on priority/severity, updated page with remaining 
todos. Consensus on approach keeping standard set of values simple.
    ITOpsToDev - look to do a "low hanging fruit" and minimal first pass 
by just defining a relationship property - Vijay and Steve to propose some 
items 

Misc items for future meetings:

    SofiaYeung - State transitions between hierarchies of CRs - Sofia to 
draft some scenarios
    SofiaYeung - needs to do batch updating of CRs. This has been 
discussed off and on, and there are
