[oslc-cm] [oslc-core] was dcterms:type intentionally omitted from Core's common properties?

Thanks for the references, will add to the issues page. This usage is
mostly from historical (pre RDF) in CM 1.0 I believe. Though even then,
it appears there was some violation of the range.
