[oslc-cm] Getting your feedback on OSLC-CM 3.0 set of scenarios, priorities and timeline

All CM Working Group Members,

In today's call [1] we reviewed and agreed to a basic plan for OSLC-CM 3.0 
[2].

I'd like to get your feedback on these [2] by March 30th.   Please note 
that this will not be a "set in stone" plan but used as a way to guide our 
development forward.
