Minutes:

    * Reoccurring agenda items:
          o Recap of previous meeting CmMeetings20110309
          o Community & Implementation updates
                + Eclipse Mylyn bug CM 2.0 please vote , RobertElves has 
been working on getting Jena approved for inclusion 
          o Specification Issues Review CmSpecV2Issues (3 open as of 3/16, 
1 new) * 2 low priority wording improvements, 1 new to track that dialog 
resize has been deferred to later spec 
    * Main agenda items:
          o 2010 / CM 2.0 Retrospective - review action items from last 
meeting
          o Review 3.0 roadmap and milestone plan
                + Prioritize CmScenarios backlog and determine 3.0 efforts
                      # Agreement from call participants on priority
                      # Will send notice out to to WG and work towards 
nailing down plans hopefully by March 30th meeting
                      # ITOpsToDev scenario on top of the list, reviewed 
some basic progress. Updated scenario with plans: complete scenarios, get 
priorities (target March 30th meeting).
                      # Reviewed CmAttachments work: Steve to work through 
a few more detailed scenarios with Dave. 
                + 3.0 Themes CmArchitecturalDirectionV3 
    * New Action Items:
          o SteveSpeicher / DaveJohnson - more detailed scenarios on 
CmAttachments
          o VijayAggarwal to complete list of ItOpsToDev? scenarios and 
prioritize 
    * Previous Action Items:
          o SteveSpeicher / DaveJohnson - take feedback from Andre around 
implementation guidance wiki page, etc
          o ALL - be ready to prioritize and define top scenarios for 3.0 
    * Next meetings:
          o Mar 30 - Elaborate on scenarios and identify specification 
needs
