Symposium in San Diego, good feedback and interest in some participants in 
joining OSLC 
        Specification Issues Review CmSpecV2Issues (4 open as of 4/13) 
    Main agenda items:
        No progress 
    Meeting ended early due to lack of progress on spec topics
    Previous Action Items:
        SteveSpeicher / DaveJohnson - more detailed scenarios on 
CmAttachments
        VijayAggarwal to complete list of ITOpsToDev scenarios and 
prioritize
        SteveSpeicher / DaveJohnson - take feedback from Andre around 
implementation guidance wiki page, etc 
    Next meetings:
        May 11 - priority/severity proposal. Scenario elaboration and 
identify specification needs
