            OSLC Tutorial out for review, consumer focused - contact Dave

                Reviewed approach on service provider tutorial, got 
feedback that current plan is best: build fascade onto existing tool (java 
api to Bugzilla) 
            OSLC at Innovate updates, email summarizing activities due out 
soon.
            Jena toolkit passed Eclipse legal (login required) so now can 
be used for general consumption
            Jenkins creating defects using OSLC-CM and OAuth, to 
FusionForge? track, via Twitter OlivierBerger 
        Specification Issues Review CmSpecV2Issues (4 open as of 4/13, 1 
new)
            remove partial update guidance from spec --- no objections
