[oslc-cm] Early Access support for OSLC-CM 2.0 in Rational Team Concert 3.0 M8

I'd like to highlight that RTC 3.0 M8 is available with a preview of its 
CM 2.0 support [1]

You can gain access to the Service Provider Catalog by using this URL: 
https://<servername>:9443/jazz/oslc/workitems/catalog

Recall that active development and bug fixing is still occurring in this 
area, this is intended to give consumers early access to a 2.0 based 
provider.
