[oslc-cm] Reminder about OSLC-CM Meeting Oct 27 12 PM Eastern - Decision to Finalize CM 2.0

Reminder that the primary agenda item for tomorrow is to review and 
declare CM 2.0 as final.

As I will be traveling and calling in from the road, I plan to keep it a 
short meeting to declare this as final (baring any outstanding issues) and 
continue efforts on post-2.0 work
